Introducing the Repair Request Builder from Abella Home Inspection
My Repair Request Builder allows my real estate agent partners to quickly select which of my recommendations to include in a custom report to send to the listing agent. At Abella Home Inspection, I truly value your partnership and want to do everything I can to service our mutual clients while making your job a little easier.
You get an HTML and PDF document that includes our language and allows you to enter in a requested credit amount and custom comments. Let me know if you have any questions!
Here's How it Works
Click
From my HTML report, click on the Agent Tools button, then Repair Request Builder.
Select
Select which recommendations you want to include in the report and add either the requested credit amount or any comments.
Preview
Click preview to see what the document will look like. The running total for credits requested will appear at the top right of the Repair Request Builder.
Create
Click Create to get the link to copy/paste into your own email or send directly through the system!
